    About the programme

    We’re securing some of the most fascinating and demanding engineering projects in the UK and overseas. On this exciting graduate programme, you’ll actively contribute to our success and growth aspirations by quickly becoming a key member of our Business Winning team.

    Working with Business Development, Opportunity Owners, Bids teams and supporting services, you’ll take on responsibilities for a wide range of large value prospects being pursued. Working at Babcock, you’ll have a unique opportunity to explore business growth across our key market areas of clean energy, decommissioning (UK and overseas) and naval defence infrastructure, and gain an insight into the nuclear industry.

    On this programme, you’ll work closely with expertise in the business development and bidding teams, as well as develop insight and experience working with functional leads in commercial, finance, procurement and engineering professions. You will play an active role in the growth of what we do in the Business Winning team and help shape the future of our business.

    And once you have a handle on what we’re about, how we do things, and what it is that you are most interested and capable in, you’ll specialise in an area matching your strengths and ambitions.

    What you'll need

    • An (Hons) degree in a business-related subject.
