    The role

    As a Human Resources Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. The Employee Lifecycle Team (ELT) is a dedicated specialist department ensuring accurate, efficient, and effective support for employees and line managers across all Babcock sites. From onboarding to career progression and departures, ELT manages every stage of the employee lifecycle with professionalism and compliance.

    Day-to-day, you’ll deliver precise, efficient, and effective support to candidates joining the organisation, as well as employees and line managers across all Babcock sites. You’ll manage every stage of the contract and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.

    • Handle internal and external HR inquiries escalated through the call centre, ensuring alignment with company policy and employment legislation.
    • Manage employee lifecycle cases, including leavers, contract variations, and advising on flexible working policies.
    • Ensure HR processes comply with business standards and legislative requirements such as data protection and employment law.
    • Address payroll queries, collaborating with Time and Attendance and Payroll teams to enhance the employee experience.
    • Support accurate documentation and record-keeping for HR-related activities, maintaining compliance and efficiency.

    This role is full time 35.5 hours per week and is based on site at Rosyth, Fife.

    Security clearance

    The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
