    As a Technical Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across the Royal School of Military Engineering Contract.

    The role

    Day-to-day, you’ll manage, maintain and update documentation and systems, as well as:

    • Use management information systems to monitor and manage departmental tasks including inputting, extracting and analysing data and accepting and dispatching jobs
    • Carry out a purchasing function including raising requisition’s, receipting purchase orders and resolving issues and queries
    • Respond to and process day to day requests and queries in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner
    • Chase delivery notes and credit notes.

    This role is full time and based onsite at our Bicester site.

    Essential experience of the technical administrator

    • IT literate in SharePoint and Microsoft.
    • Administration experience within an infrastructure, construction, engineering, planning, maintenance, or similar background would be an advantage but not essential.

    Qualifications for the technical administrator

    Security clearance

    The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) & DBS security clearance for this role.
