    We are looking for someone exceptional to assist the Learning, Inclusion and Talent team with the delivery of its extensive programme of events, screenings, talent programmes and industry research, providing administrative support across the team.

    Our LIT programme works with award winners, nominees and leading industry figures, and creates opportunities for them to share their knowledge and support talent throughout their careers, whether through mentorship, masterclasses, or filmed online content. The LIT programme is broken down into four key audiences: industry, new talent, new entrants, as well as children and young people, with bespoke activity developed to suit the needs of each group.

    This key role sits within the Policy and Operations arm of the LIT team, who deliver the core administrative functions of the team. This role also works across the different audience groups as directed, providing insights into the full talent pipeline of the screen industries.
