    The Human Resources team is seeking an HR Intern. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team that partner with business leaders on the people strategy and to enable employees to thrive and succeed in their roles. BAM HR encompasses Benefits, Learning & Performance, HR Systems & Operations, and Business Partnership. You will be working in a fast-paced, collegial, collaborative and energetic team where you will gain valuable learning and work experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Support general HR operations and onboarding processes
    • Support Learning & Performance initiatives
    • Support Benefits & wellness initiatives
    • Assist with maintaining data and documents in Workday (HRIS system)
    • Work closely with Human Resources on ad-hoc projects

    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and growing environment
    • Demonstrates discretion, integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality
    • Highly detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Team player, with ability to collaborate across departments
    • Positive attitude and willingness to ask what more can be done
    • Proficiency in Excel
    • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree

    Additional details & requirements

    • Potential to extend Summer internship through the Fall and work 20 hours per week
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize/ complete projects within deadlines
    • Must be well organized with superior attention to detail
    • Coursework/ Experience in a financial or business-related field
    • Self-motivated, reliable, strong work ethic
    • Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel required; knowledge of PowerPoint a plus
