The Human Resources team is seeking an HR Intern. Responsibilities
- Support general HR operations and onboarding processes
- Support Learning & Performance initiatives
- Support Benefits & wellness initiatives
- Assist with maintaining data and documents in Workday (HRIS system)
- Work closely with Human Resources on ad-hoc projects

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Demonstrates discretion, integrity and a clear understanding of confidentiality
- Highly detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, with ability to collaborate across departments
- Positive attitude and willingness to ask what more can be done
- Proficiency in Excel
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree

- Potential to extend Summer internship through the Fall and work 20 hours per week

- Coursework/ Experience in a financial or business-related field

- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel required; knowledge of PowerPoint a plus
