    Our ten-week Summer Analyst programme is designed to offer you a comprehensive experience of life as a full-time credit analyst.  During your internship you will be aligned to the Global Vendor Finance (GVF) team. During your time with GVF, you will evaluate and underwrite new end-user credit opportunities, including the identification and assessment of all strengths, weaknesses and risks (including operational) and identifying and describing mitigating factors.  You will also have an opportunity to learn more generally about Global Leasing, including our Equipment Management group.

    Training and development

    Your training and development are our top priorities with extensive formal training offered at the start of the programme in addition to on-the-job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.

    Responsibilities

    As a summer analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

    • Performing qualitative and quantitative credit analysis to assess a counterparty’s credit risk
    • Compiling detailed credit memos and risk rating scorecards for new and existing clients
    • Presenting recommendations to senior colleagues in both written and verbal format
    • Working on in-flight projects and initiatives to support the Enterprise Credit mandat

    Eligibility

    • Candidates are required to be pursuing a BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between September 2025 and June 2026
    • Must be available to join the programme from June - August 2025
    • Achieved minimum of 112 UCAS point (or equivalent) and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent)

    What we are looking for

    • Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
    • Effective written and verbal communication; fluency in English is essential
    • An inquisitive nature and a keen interest in the financial markets
    • Must be able to interact effectively in a team environment as well as work independently with minimal guidance and direction. The ability to efficiently multi-task, and be decisive are important keys to success.
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Results oriented, is able to accomplish objectives in a specified timeframe

    Desired

    • Proficiency in a language other than English (although not a requirement)
    • A moderate level of proficiency in Excel and other programmes within the Microsoft Office suite
