Open to all students, the Discovery Diversity Programme is an opportunity to learn about the career paths on offer to underrepresented groups at Barclays, and be considered for our 2025 internship. We want to introduce a more diverse range of people to the industry, help you learn about the opportunities we offer and encourage you to picture yourself in the world of financial services.
Finance
The better we understand the numbers, the better our decisions — and our performance — will be. Finance (including Treasury) oversees financial control, reporting and forecasting, as well as product control. It also monitors budgets and gives us accurate, high quality management and financial information. But our Finance teams aren’t just experts at interpreting figures — they’re also business managers who help drive strategy and keep us on track. Join us to learn how you can be a part of truly bank-wide team that makes us competitive on a global scale.
