    Barracuda, the global leader in cloud connected solutions that protect organizations against cyber threats and data loss, is looking for a Partner Success Operations Analyst to join our dynamic and driven Partner Success Operations team.  We need a smart, roll-up your sleeves type of individual who is willing to go the extra mile to support our expanding sales team.  

     

    What you’ll be working on                                       

    • Provide front line sales support to World Wide Managed Service Providers, (MSP) Sales Team by fielding questions with a customer service mindset, teaching sales users how to complete the Salesforce process they need help with, provide necessary data enhancements, and help sales users navigate internal processes and governance standards to ensure orders can be booked smoothly.
    • Proactively log internal tickets for challenges that require additional support for the sales users; communicate regular status updates to the ticket owner so they can focus on selling.
    • Responsible for owning all tickets created and assigned to closure; this includes cross-functional coordination to ensure all tickets are seen through to completion properly.
    • Responsible for communicating any bugs uncovered through supporting the sales team; this communication needs to occur via opening a ticket and directly communicating this update with the team of Sales Coordinators and Business Operations.
    • Pursue and leverage feedback from the MSP Sales Team and other stakeholders in order to proactively collaborate with Sales Ops Leadership on process improvements.
    • Support the MSP Sales & Business Operations team in testing new sales processes & functionality before it is released to the sales team.
    • Assist with onboarding and the training of new hires to ensure proper use of systems and best practices.

     

    What you bring to the role

    • Ideally 1-3 years in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Customer Service or related experience
    • High energy and driven self-starter who can learn on the fly.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize workflow as necessary.
    • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, while remaining laser focused on attention to detail.
    • Strong “customer first” attitude.
    • Basic understanding of sales processes and sales stages within Customer Relationship software.
    • com and Microsoft Excel experience is a plus!
    • Knack for finding solutions to problems.
