As part of the wider Barratt Group, we partner with landowners to bring forward development opportunities through the planning system.
You will provide consistent and professional support to the Planning & Projects team, gaining an understanding of the priorities to enable reporting and deadlines to be met.
You will be responsible for
- Diary support to the Planning Directors
- Co-ordination of Letters of Reliance in order to ensure sale
- Co-ordinate Terms and Conditions/Framework Agreement with external consultants
- Monitor PI Certificates for external consultants
- Landowner Communication tracker
- Searches using variety of online portals
- Production of data maps
- Arranging complex meetings, associated diary entries and room booking
- Creation of meeting agendas from SLM and minute taking
- Hotel and travel booking
- Printing for appeals and planning applications accompanied by an Environmental Statement
- Formatting of letters and reports and associated printing/posting
- Answering external calls and distributing associated messages
- Arranging internal CPD and training events
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reporting
- Provide reception cover as and when required
