    We are seeking a Legal Administrator to join our Trade Marks team. In this role, you will provide support, with a focus on financial processes. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a legal environment, develop administrative skills, and work alongside professionals in a supportive team.

    Key responsibilities

    • Working as part of a team, assisting lawyers carry out their day-to-day work.
    • Helping the team with client onboarding processes including file opening (know your client processes etc).
    • Carrying out administrative duties connected with advertising and marketing the team.
    • Preparing and sending invoices to clients, and dealing with invoicing queries from clients.
    • Taking minutes at internal and client meetings..

    About you

    • Strong academic background (three A-levels and/or a degree).
    • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly.
    • Proactive and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset.
    • Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player.
    • Professional and confident when speaking with clients.
    • Able to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

We assist with trademarking brands in the UK and globally, conducting searches to clear new brands for use, and resolving disputes when brand names conflict due to similarities.
