    What does the role involve?

So far, Bayer has helped billions of people, and will continue to do so until there is open access to safe, convenient daily health solutions for all. With over 170 brands in Bayer’s Consumer Health portfolio (such as CanestenTM, BeroccaTM, RennieTM & ClaritynTM), the team strives to empower people to manage their health needs across a variety of areas, including dermatology, nutritional supplements, digestive health, and allergy care.

    This role will sit within the Consumer Health division, working across Sales and Marketing, with a 9-month rotation within each team. You will be undertaking a wide variety of tasks across both functions, flexing your activities according to business needs and your skillset and interests. The role will require lots of collaborative work across different teams, and will rely on your ability to quickly understand different stakeholder needs. You will work with different platforms to understand business trends, but primarily you will be liaising with internal and external teams to drive projects and provide efficient and data-driven analysis. Day-to-day tasks might include:

    • Supporting marketing and medical teams on digital projects for Bayer customers (such as chatbots, online symptom checkers etc.)
    • Using platforms and dashboards, such as google analytics and sales trackers, to utilise data and identify areas for improvement.
    • Liaising with key customers and suppliers to understand their sale processes (such as online, physical store and quick commerce) and ensure Bayer’s offering is in line with these.
    • Supporting key account managers to work with customers to develop new ‘routes to market’, build relationships and improve day to day operations.
    • Supporting digital teams to manage bank of digital assets.
    • Liaising with creative agencies and other partners to help create consistent and effective content.

    Who are we looking for?

    Ultimately, we are looking for authentic personalities, who are able to work fast in changing environments and collaborate across the company to solve business problems. For this role specifically, we are looking for someone who is:

    • A final year student/graduate of a bachelor’s (or higher) degree in any field (on track/achieved a 2:2 or above)
    • Flexible, able to adapt to different working styles and manage competing projects.
    • A great communicator, able to convey ideas from different people clearly and succinctly.
    • Data-literate, comfortable working with numbers and identifying trends.
    • Driven, keen to take on more responsibility within the company and grow within the role.
    • Emotionally intelligent, able to understand the sentiment behind different communications and relay this to different stakeholders.
    • Inquisitive and eager to learn more about the nuances of pharmacology and learn new skills and processes to grow within the role.
    • A team player, able to work well with different departments across the business.
