This is a 12 month fixed term intern contract to join our HR Operations team as a member of the first line support team with a focus on driving new automated processes within the function.
Major Tasks
- Provide first line support for employees and Managers on HR related topics
- Support in HR initiatives or activities as required
- Drive automation of tasks performed
- Maintain data in the HR system
Who you are
- Excellent customer service skills – must have worked in a customer facing environment
- Motivated and ability to drive automation process
- Good IT literacy, Problem solving, Communication and Flexible approach to be demonstrated
- Good level of written and spoken English Language
Mix of office (Green Park, Reading) and home based working
