    HR Intern - 6 month fixed term contract

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Work closely with HR Business Partners to support with a full range of HR activities.
    • Provide support to HR Operations team as required.
    • Undertake general administration duties including adhoc reporting, electronic filing, electronic housekeeping, organizational management etc.
    • Project activities linked to current priorities including but not limited to:
      • Talent Acquisition; New starter/ onboarding filing
      • Gender Pay Gap reporting
      • Management of data quality of visa case files
      • Employee Voice survey data reporting, analysis and presentation preparation.
      • Support HRBPs with administration and coordination of Talent Reviews including reporting and presentation preparation.
      • Policies; Audit policy suite against review dates, signatories and work with HRBPs to update as per legislative requirements.
      • HR Intranet; review data flow and documentation
      • Early careers; support organisation and administration of assessment centres and onboarding. - Process improvement for the above to ensure more efficient working practices for the team.

    Who you are

    • Interest in HR including an interest in UK/I employment law
    • A degree is preferred but not essential
    • Administrative experience in an office/ virtual office environment
    • 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
    • Experience of using MS packages including working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to deal with confidential/ sensitive information
    • Team-oriented
    • High learning agility and adaptability; continuous curiosity to learn and develop with a positive mindset
    • Excellent influencing and communication skills, able to operate with all levels of employees and team members

    Please note this role is a 6 month fixed term contract based in our Cambridge office.
