What does the role involve?
You will be working within the Integrated Multi-Channel Marketing team as part of the UK Sales & Marketing Operations function to deliver key strategic priorities across the Bayer UK Portfolio. Primarily, you will be focussed on 2 main areas – Customer Experience and Social Media, but there is also scope to support and eventually lead on longer term projects. Day to day tasks might include:
- Measuring and tracking customer experience through surveys, emails, data analysis etc.
- Partnering with brand teams on longer term marketing campaigns to optimise feedback collection and actionable insights
- Design and write copy for email campaigns, surveys and other means of collecting customer experience metrics
- Finding creative ways to spread the Bayer message on social media, whilst adhering to industry regulations
- Play a key role assisting with Website and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) projects
- Distributing and managing content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, leading to platform ownership
- Supporting on business-wide ‘ways of working’ projects, such as adoption of Agile methodology, innovation projects etc.
- Learning new processes, technologies and methodologies to improve customer experience

- A Graduate of a bachelor’s (or higher) degree in any field (2:2 or above)

- Emotionally intelligent, able to understand the sentiment behind different communications and relay this to different stakeholders
- Inquisitive and eager to learn more about the nuances of pharmacology and learn new skills and processes to grow within the role
- A team player, able to work well with different departments across the business
- Comfortable with ambiguity and keen to seek more information to help solve problems
- Data-literate, able to analyse trends and communicate the findings back
- Familiar with, and has a passion for, social media and/or customer journeys
