    What does the role involve?

    The role would contain 3 x 6-month rotations across the Data team, IMCM team and a 6-month placement within Bayer’s brand marketing teams. The rotations should give you a thorough understanding of multi-channel marketing, and the opportunity to implement your learnings from the Data and IMCM teams in final a placement within a brand. Day-to-day tasks (across the 3 teams) might include:

    • Data Team
      • Learning about and understanding the sources of critical performance data.
      • Understanding how Brand analysts use this data and presenting and reporting the data you find to facilitate their work.
      • Defining key performance metrics and assessing performance data against those.
    • IMCM
      • Working across platform and brand teams to design and measure marketing campaigns.
      • Understand the compliance and regulations surrounding Bayer’s products and channels.
      • As part of wider campaigns, learning about developing website content and implementing SEO techniques to boost Bayer’s marketing efforts.
    • Brand marketing placement
      • Working with experts to use data to map out customer journeys and build customer personas for your specific brand.
      • Develop engaging brand-specific content for distribution across Bayer’s channels.
      • Work with the wider team to develop brand campaigns.

    Who are we looking for?

    Ultimately, we are looking for authentic personalities, who are able to work fast in changing environments and collaborate across the company to solve business problems. For this role specifically, we are looking for someone who is:

    • A final year student/graduate of a bachelor’s (or higher) degree in a STEM-related, business or marketing degree (on track/achieved a 2:2 or above).
    • Organised, able to manage different workstreams and projects simultaneously.
    • Able to demonstrate an aptitude for working with data, and keen to understand more about how to draw out business and marketing insights.
    • Comfortable presenting findings to internal members of the business through slide decks or other forms of data representation.
    • Driven, keen to take on more responsibility within the company and grow within the role
    • Emotionally intelligent, able to understand the sentiment behind different communications and relay this to different stakeholders.
    • Inquisitive and eager to learn more about the nuances of pharmacology and learn new skills and processes to grow within the role.
    • A team player, able to work well with different departments across the business.
