About the role
We are looking for an Event Solutions Coordinator to join our growing Delegate Management Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated tech savvy individual who is eager to learn and develop. As an integral part of our Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of our on-site and registration technology solutions.

As an event solutions coordinator you will
- Support with the build, configuration and delivery of projects using inhouse technology and equipment.
- Be passionate about travelling across the UK and Overseas
- Partner with suppliers to deliver onsite IT equipment across multiple projects
- Troubleshoot Delegate Management solution technology issues and escalating when necessary.
- Assist with identifying appropriate technical solutions based on the project brief for both registration websites and onsite.
- Become knowledgeable with Cvent, including project set up, websites and communications.

You might also have
- Previous IT/ Event/ Travel industry experience
- Software & applications experience
You should know
- This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days a week in either the Fleet office
- Our standard working hours are 9.00 - 17.30 with an hour break
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- You must have the ability and want to travel in the UK and Overseas
