    BD EMEA is launching an exciting program for entry-level graduates looking to develop their careers in manufacturing.  Our Manufacturing Development Program (MDP) consists of three, one-year rotations that provide a wide variety of work assignments in Bio-medical manufacturing and technology. You will join as a MDP Engineer and gain cross-functional exposure to process engineering, manufacturing support, project management, lean manufacturing, quality, and design.

    Each year, MDP participants join a new function, allowing for a complete and diverse experience with new products, processes, and people!

    In the third year, you will move to a new site in the EMEA region (for example Spain or France) to further your knowledge. Relocation support will be provided in year 3.

    Who you are

    Apart from a thirst to launch your manufacturing career in one of the best in the business, you’ll bring a BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Biomedical, Quality or Biomechanical Engineering (equivalent engineering degrees may also be considered if previous manufacturing experience is particularly strong)

    What is the process

Selected candidates will be invited in for an assessment centre, including a site tour, in March with a view to extending offers in early April.
