    The Team

    We are looking for a Marketing Manager to assist the Content and PR Manager by creating and executing an internal comms strategy and implementing the firm’s best practice approach to communications.

    The Marketing, Communications and Events team and responsible for building and promote the brand of the firm. This includes campaigns, events management, internal communications and work as a communications agency to the firm.

    Role Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Taking ownership of internal communications channels, working closely with the Content and PR manager to establish an internal comms schedule to co-ordinate communications and maximise internal opportunities
    • Work with HR to manage internal messaging around employee news / internal events and CSR promotion, developing campaigns where necessary
    • Work with BD to manage internal newsletter and work with Head of Marketing to refine internal business development newsletter
    • Working with Managing Partner to build internal profile
    • Provide general internal guidance advising employees on best channels and timings, and providing drafting and proofing support with internal messaging

    Who We Are Looking for

    • Must be comfortable with metrics / analytics / evaluating effectiveness of internal comms using data
    • Must be proactive and confident interacting with colleagues at all levels; must be a self-starter
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly copywriting skills
    • Able to multitask with a strong attention to detail

    Knowledge / Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • CIM Qualified
    • Previous experience working within a law firm.
    • Experience using Vuture, or similar marketing software.

    Skills:

    • Very good organisation skills with a methodical approach and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under time constraints and prioritise workload.
    • Flexible and adaptable team player with a can-do attitude.
    • Delivers outstanding service to clients and colleagues.
