As a developer at Bede you will be developing enterprise level software applications using bleeding edge technologies. Bede provides excellent in house training, using our Senior developers as mentors on a one to one basis, enables us to bring on new developers very quickly. Regular lunch and learn sessions provide short talks to expose you to the latest and greatest ideas being prototyped by our engineers. With the guidance of our developers and time given for self study, we would expect you to be writing code that will be released into production, within weeks of joining.

Key Requirements

  • A computing related/numerate degree at 2.1 or above
  • Excellent ‘A’ level qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrable skill in any programming language
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Clear, accurate and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly such as Object Oriented Programming, Dependency Injection, Unit Testing and MVC
