Main missions

Digital analytics

  • Be an expert in Bel’s Social and Search Listening platforms (including Talkwalker, Trajaan, Synthesio, and more)
  • Assist with delivery of Social Listening roadmap by helping build keyword lists, queries and analysis social conversation (to develop social listening case studies)
  • Collaborate with the Senior Insights Manager on the delivery of research reports and key insights related to high-priority macro trends, leveraging digital analytics tools
  • Assist with training and upskilling of other internal teams in terms of digital analytics tools and capabilities

Brand health tracker management

  • Manage update process for each new BHT wave (collecting feedback from teams, gathering assets for BHT modules)
  • Create and maintain BHT Ad Module Database (inputting results for each market to build benchmarks and help with campaign comparisons)
  • Analysis of ad module results for each market and preparation of brief summary for teams
  • Share topline analysis of BHT results for priority markets as waves come in throughout the year

Business analytics support

  • Analyse business performance for key markets on a monthly basis to input into global reporting
  • Be a panel data expert – working with local sales and marketing teams on analysis of panel data as well as training/upskilling of the teams (Circana and Nielsen)
  • Play a lead role in the development of Business Targets (analysing consumer panel data to identify the target audience for Bel brands in different markets)

Local market research support

  • Coordination tasks related to Ad Hoc & Agile research (PO setup, meeting setup, feedback, timeline management)
  • Assist with survey design, programming and testing (and potentially translation) for agile survey projects
  • Collaborate with Senior Insights Manager to summarise findings from primary research studies and turn into actionable insights for local sales and marketing teams

General insights admin organisation

  • General admin related to coordinating meetings, collecting feedback and managing files/share drive
  • Wikibel knowledge management – saving relevant reports as they come in and sharing out with teams in a timely manner
  • Ad Hoc insight sharing – sending out relevant insights/reports to teams on an ad hoc basis

Profile

  • Well organised and adept at managing multiple deadlines and timelines
  • Passion for data and analytics
  • Business proficiency – basic understanding of marketing and sales principles as well as FMCG organisations
  • Advanced Excel skills and proven track record for ability to learn new technology or analytics platforms quickly
  • Strong sense of curiosity and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Ability to summarise findings from complex, disparate data sources and synthesis into actionable takeaways
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – someone who is eager to try new things and bring new ideas
  • Fluency in English is required – proficiency in German, Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a major plus
  • Interest in consumer insights and keeping a pulse on cultural trends is a major plus
  • Experience with social analytics and/or social listening is a major plus
