Belmond have a fantastic opportunity for an Intern to join the Learning & Development (L&D) function within our London Corporate Office. The role will be initially offered as a 6-month project from September 2022 and then as a permanent role from March 2023. You will be considered as a candidate even if you are only available for the 6-month period from September 2022.
In this exciting role, you will be focused on developing the new Belmond learning platform, 360 Learning.
Main responsibilities
- Create Global content in the learning platform
- Create courses and programs using the 360Learning tools, enhancing content and engagement through the usage of additional free tools like Genially, Prezi, game based learning etc
- Liaise with subject matter experts and, based on the training objectives and available content, recommend and create the most engaging e-learning framework based on the knowledge of the available resources
- In cooperation with Brand & Communication teams develop Belmond Art of Learning templates for the courses and the content creator manual including the courses creation standards
Requirements
- An intern who is eager to start their career in HR and particularly interested in the L&D area and ready to learn quickly
- Creative thinker
- Previous experience working with tools like Genially, Prezi as well as with gamification tools is a plus
- Fluent in English
