We will work with you to enable you to reach your development goals and aspirations for your career at Ecclesiastical. In return, we expect you to bring the commitment and drive to add significant value to the company.
“The Graduate scheme is a great opportunity to gain experience in a wide variety of business areas. You get to see the big picture and understand how all the different departments fit together. Most importantly, you’ll make friends and contacts all around the business which has proved really valuable to me in my permanent role.” Richard Butcher, Previous Graduate, now Technical Underwriter.

When you join Ecclesiastical Insurance, you will receive a tailored induction and will be assigned a business mentor and buddy to provide support throughout the programme. The unique scheme structure combines focussed business placements in General Insurance with exposure to other business divisions, where you will be involved in the delivery of strategic business initiatives.
Towards the end of the programme, you will have an extended placement in a focused role within General Insurance that will draw upon your wider business awareness. The expectation is that on completion you will move into a business-critical role and use this as a ‘next step’ towards potentially becoming a leader or technical specialist in our business.
As part of this programme, you will receive training and full sponsorship to complete the ACll qualification, provided through the Chartered Insurance Institute.
