    About sales & marketing

    Our challenge is to create customer journeys that are extraordinary at every step, from first contact with our business to every journey in their Bentley. Sales and Marketing makes certain that the Bentley Brand and our values are delivered consistently through our communications, events, retailers, products and services. We offer a bespoke, personalised experience for all customers and as a department we work together to ensure their experience is befitting of this unique brand. We also work closely to support our retailers, who are our ambassadors around the world.

    There are two industrial placements available

    1) Aftersales supply chain

    The Aftersales Supply Chain department are responsible for ensuring an uninterrupted parts supply to our global retailers. The department is responsible for establishing accurate demand schedules across all suppliers ensuring they are aligned to business objectives. You will learn to negotiate with business leaders and deliver customer satisfaction and financial profitability targets. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Developing and improving in excess of 1,500 suppliers worldwide, ensuring 100% schedule adherence, identifying critical suppliers and initiating improvement plans, to remove customer backorders
    • Ensure optimal supply chain costs and conditions are achieved, identifying opportunities to improve profitability
    • Implementing supplier quality assurance procedures to improve schedule adherence and product quality

    2) Aftersales operational delivery

    Here our teams drive the Aftersales strategy for the business, ensuring complete satisfaction for our customers and delivering business development initiatives to drive sales revenue. You’ll gain real insight into the thinking that underpins our strategy, an understanding of how we test commercial viability for future projects and drive performance. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Managing quarterly marketing campaigns for accessories, including: design, comma, delivery, measurement, reporting
    • Manage quarterly newsletters for paint & body programmes
    • Contributing towards support activities for parts/ services

    About you

    The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Purchasing, Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or Economics. It would be advantageous to have Microsoft Office skills and a passion for business development. The successful candidate will:
