About sales & marketing
Our challenge is to create customer journeys that are extraordinary at every step, from first contact with our business to every journey in their Bentley. Sales and Marketing makes certain that the Bentley Brand and our values are delivered consistently through our communications, events, retailers, products and services. We offer a bespoke, personalised experience for all customers and as a department we work together to ensure their experience is befitting of this unique brand. We also work closely to support our retailers, who are our ambassadors around the world.

Brand communications
The Brand Communications team are responsible for global brand and product marketing communications. They create content that will resonate with our future and current customers and protect our luxury brand values. Their mission is to grow the relevance of our brand and products in a fast changing competitive landscape, by adapting to changing technologies and consumer trends. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging with regional marketing teams to ensure global launch plans support regional requirements and are adoptable at local dealer level
- Supporting optimisation of the company Launch Planning Process
- Meeting with stakeholders and gathering information to create project briefs to answer the stakeholder need
About you
The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business Management, Marketing or International Marketing. It would be advantageous to have prior work experience within marketing, knowledge of Microsoft packages and be a creative thinker. The successful candidate will:
