    The Brand Experience department consists of 3 areas: the overall Customer Experience Management at the factory, the Global Event team and Bentley Places (global look & feel for the brand). Working closely with the Head of Department and mentored by the Bentley Places manager you will benefit from a 360 degree insight into experiential marketing. Gaining access to work at a global strategic level whilst collaborating closely with all marketing regional colleagues. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Working collaboratively alongside the Customer Experience manager to foster innovative and creative ideas alongside new technologies to enhance the overall end customer experience.
    • Proactively Identify team and process enhancements, integrating new digital solutions to support efficiencies throughout the Brand Experience teams.
    • A key role in helping the Brand Experience Team with the communication of its successes to generate increased support internally and greater demand in experiences externally

    Brand Partnerships Team

    Brand Partnerships & Brand Ambassadors objectives are to accelerate Brand Vision, Connect with next generation luxury customer, create customer access & revenue. Together with our partners, we create extraordinary expressions of Bentley in products, experiences and content to reinforce & accelerate relevance of our brand for the benefit of our current and future customers. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Ensure the timely coordination of key processes within the Brand Partnerships team e.g. support product launch, ensure projects meet important milestones
    • Responsible for the creation of innovative content for the e-commerce website
    • Support the product development of the Bentley Collection and Automotive.

    About you

    The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in Marketing or alternatively in Communications with a strong interest in project management. It would be advantageous to have prior work experience within Retail and or Event Management.
