    About sales & marketing

    Our challenge is to create customer journeys that are extraordinary at every step, from first contact with our business to every journey in their Bentley. Sales and Marketing makes certain that the Bentley Brand and our values are delivered consistently through our communications, events, retailers, products and services. We offer a bespoke, personalised experience for all customers and as a department we work together to ensure their experience is befitting of this unique brand. We also work closely to support our retailers, who are our ambassadors around the world.

    There are two industrial placements available:

    1) bentley experience (onsite)

    The Bentley Experience team is responsible for delivering best-in-class guest and customer experiences for all visitors to the Home of Bentley in Crewe. This team develops and delivers critical projects, across both the Bentley Experience and Brand Partnerships teams – which are responsible for brand extensions including the Bentley Collection. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Delivering Bentley Experience projects to enhance and improve guest and customer experiences while visiting the Home of Bentley
    • Completing day to day procurement and budget coordination including supporting tender processes, raising purchase orders, approving invoices and tracking spend against given budgets
    • Providing operational support to run CW1 House reception and the Bentley Collection Boutique, working as a brand representative

    2) brand experience (hybrid)

    This role works across both the Bentley Experience Team and the Brand Partnerships Team. Working with, and being mentored by, members of the team will enable you to gain broad experience in projects that directly impact customers experience of our brand, both in person at the Home of Bentley and more broadly through brand extensions. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Working with relevant partnership and marketing managers to support the delivery of partnership marketing campaigns
    • Updating administration of the Bentley Collection on-line retail portal
    • Supporting CW1 House reception and on-site retail actions within the Bentley Collection Boutique

    About you

    The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Marketing or Business Studies. It would be advantageous to have prior experience within luxury retail, customer service or project management and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will:
