Finance
We are seeking a high calibre, self-motivated Graduate to join Finance at Bentley Motors - a global luxury brand.
This is an exciting time to join the business as we embark upon our journey towards electrification and sustainability. The successful candidate will enable us to accelerate towards digitalisation, adding value through efficiencies and process improvements - building, driving and steering value across the business.
The Graduate Scheme will provide you with a full and varied experience, enabling you to gain an understanding of how your role contributes to the Beyond 100 Strategy. You will be given the opportunity to rotate across the function into different teams, finding ways to maximise revenue and reduce costs whilst aligning with our Beyond 100 Strategy.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Analysing Financial performance Data
- Managing and contributing towards continuous improvement projects
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the completion of key business processes e.g. evaluating business cases, controlling overheads
- Financial forecasting and reporting across a range of functions.
About you
The successful candidate will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Accounting, Finance or Business. It would be advantageous to have strong written, communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience with Microsoft Excel is essential. You will be adaptable and pro-active in driving new ideas and solutions forward. The successful candidate will:
