Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
The Talent Acquisition team work cross functionally to deliver diverse, high performing talent into the business. Working as a business partner to the Hiring Manager community, they provide a best in class candidate experience and deliver market insights into the business that shape the attraction strategy. Working with a team of Talent Acquisition and Marketing specialists you will get an insight into what makes Bentley a Top Employer, contributing to the development and launch of our Early Career campaign and experiencing a full 360 degree talent acquisition lifecycle. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- A key contributor to the launch and successful delivery of the Early Careers Recruitment Campaign
- End to end management of the recruitment process for Apprentice, Industrial Placement and Graduate vacancies, delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
- Determining and evolving the early careers talent acquisition proposition by gathering and sharing market insight data and incorporating lessons learnt throughout the campaign
- Working in collaboration with the Early Careers, Communication and Marketing teams to develop press releases, social media campaigns and events to support attraction
About you
The successful candidate will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Psychology. It would be advantageous to have strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will:
