The Talent Acquisition team work across the entire business to deliver diverse, high performing talent into the business. Working as a business partner to the Hiring Manager community, they provide market insights to shape the attraction strategy. Working with a team of Talent Acquisition and Marketing specialists you will get an insight into what makes Bentley a Top Employer and experience a full 360 degree talent acquisition lifecycle. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working proactively and in partnership with the Hiring Manager community and Early Careers Team to deliver the Early Careers recruitment campaign
- End to end management of the recruitment process for apprentice, industrial placement and graduate vacancies, delivering a best in class candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
- Determining and evolving the early careers talent acquisition proposition by gathering and sharing market insight data and incorporating lessons learnt throughout the campaign.
HR Performance & Talent Development
Based within our HR Centre of Excellence, where we develop people-centric, best practices to support critical capabilities, that align with the business strategy. Our Performance & Talent Development Industrial Placement offers HR Graduates or Undergraduates a unique placement at the heart of two HR core activities. Working with and being mentored by HR experts, you’ll get real insight by owning the topics, and have regular contact with our internal customers. You’ll be given the scope to both deliver and improve the topics, giving you real-life, tangible HR experience to kick start your HR career. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Championing our mentoring programme and supporting colleagues from across the business to access and benefit from mentoring.
- Being a coordinator for our talent assessments, liaising with assessors and candidates to ensure a seamless process.
- End to end coordination of our annual appraisal round, collaborating with line managers and colleagues to promote a high quality experience.
About you
The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in Human Resources or alternatively in Business or Psychology with a strong interest in HR. It would be advantageous to have strong communication skills and prior work experience within a HR, critical thinking or customer service-based role.
