    About product strategy

    The Product Strategy and Delivery function is responsible for the development of the product cycle plan and it’s delivery through the Product Lines. The function works collaboratively across the leadership team and all business functions to define and drive the successful delivery of a sustainable product and service portfolio that maintains Bentley’s position as the leading luxury brand.

    Product strategy

    The Product Strategy team are responsible for defining Bentley’s future product portfolio and delivery to the point of approval as a live project. Working with the Director for Portfolio Planning, the team comprise of the Project Leader for pre-development programmes, Head of Product Strategy, Head of Cycle Planning and the Head of Corporate Innovation. As a Graduate, you will collaborate to advance strategy development, business model analysis, cross product line synergies, programme management and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Working with the cross functional product strategy leads to deliver best in class product propositions through the Product Strategy Review (PSR)
    • Analysing market trends and industry forecasts to determine product positioning and key attributes before handing over to the delivery teams.
    • Supporting the Portfolio Planning Director on our future regionalisation strategy to determine profit optimised solutions for regionalised content.

    About you

    The successful candidate will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business, Engineering, Economics, Project Management, or a degree discipline that Includes Digitalisation and Strategy. It would be advantageous to have prior work experience of project management and strong organisational skills. The successful candidate will:
