About sales & marketing
Our challenge is to create customer journeys that are extraordinary at every step, from first contact with our business to every journey in their Bentley. Sales and Marketing makes certain that the Bentley Brand and our values are delivered consistently through our communications, events, retailers, products and services. We offer a bespoke, personalised experience for all customers and as a department we work together to ensure their experience is befitting of this unique brand. We also work closely to support our retailers, who are our ambassadors around the world.

1) retail business development
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function is directly linked to the companies vision of ‘Extraordinary Journeys’. The CRM sets the agenda for the customer experience roadmap today and look to the future for the innovations of tomorrow. This function drives digital transformation. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Working proactively and in partnership with the CRM leadership team to deliver the CRM strategic roadmap, aligned to the businesses ongoing Customer Centricity roadmap
- Leading and contributing to departmental continuous improvement projects
- Supporting all market regions and retailers globally to deliver CRM best practices across the end to end customer lifecycle
2) customer platforms & strategy
The Customer Platforms & Strategy team is responsible for developing the over-arching customer journey and digital platforms used by our customers through the buying, retail and ownership experience. Working across web, mobile and other digital platform teams, you will gain first-hand experience of developing customer-facing digital experiences and solutions. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating small projects to support the development of digital programmes within the Customer Platforms & Strategy team
- Supporting day-to-day management of existing digital customer platforms and business-as-usual tasks
- Contributing to new initiatives within the team, coordinating tasks and boosting their outcome
3) process & systems development
The Strategy & Development Systems Team supports Sales & Marketing in delivering our corporate objectives. This team looks for ways to streamline the business and optimise efficiency through Process and System improvements, whilst identifying future opportunities. You’ll gain an insight into how we drive operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identifying potential business improvements across the landscape
- Supporting the development and creation of documentation required to propose and successfully implement change within the business
- Working with the business area and the responsible IT Team to follow business improvements through the full project lifecycle
About you
The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business Management, Marketing, IT or a degree discipline that includes Digitilisation, Strategy and Change Transformation. It would be advantageous to have prior work experience within digital platforms and technologies, knowledge of CRM in a career context and Microsoft Office expertise. The successful candidate will:
