    There has never been a more exciting time to join the Strategy departments Sustainability team as Bentley embarks on its sustainable luxury transformation aiming to become end-to-end carbon neutral by 2030. You will gain in-depth insight from experts across the business to understand how the application of Environmental, Social and Governance sustainability as a method of Corporate Strategy is transforming Bentley. You will become a key member of the team delivering that change.

    Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to

    • Proactively research industry and academic Sustainability improvement methods together with experts from across Bentley
    • Deliver a wide range of exciting Sustainability improvement projects to deliver key business change
    • Collaborate with different functions across Bentley to assist in the delivery of innovative sustainability workshops and colleague engagement activities
    • Support the Sustainability approach and process through progress reporting and preparation of supporting materials

    About you

    The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following: Environmental Sciences / Management, Engineering, Automotive Manufacturing, Business, Sciences, Mathematics, and Politics. We also welcome other Degree subjects from Candidates who show a demonstrated interest in Sustainability and Business Strategy.
