    About quality

    The Quality department is one of the most versatile functions at Bentley, the Quality function plays a vital role in numerous cross-functional processes that shape our business landscape. In alignment with the Beyond100 strategy we have set our targets in support of the company’s strategic ambitions. This includes an effective and impacting Quality team ready for the future, ensuring excellence in the quality of sustainable Bentley products and services, achieving our Quality targets and our environmental, social and governance responsibility.

    Vehicle test and analysis

    The Quality Reliability Test & Analysis team evaluate the whole vehicle to ensure the products meet the company vision and mission of offering an extraordinary customer journey that inspires customers with a magical fusion of craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability. The team work closely with the vehicle programme management team and engineering functions to design and implement vehicle test schedules for test stations around the globe, to enable potential concerns to be identified, quantified and solutions managed up to resolution prior to launch. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Collaborate with vehicle programme management team and engineering functions to identify test verification requirements and deliver a feature release plan per feature
    • Work with the Senior Electrical Analysis Engineer to develop practical and technical skills to carry out initial and end of test vehicle assessments on Electrical, Infotainment and Driver Assist Systems
    • Contribute to continuous improvement activities in the Quality Reliability Test & Analysis team

    About you

    The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Automotive Engineering. It would be advantageous to have practical automotive engineering experience and data analysis skills. The successful candidate will:
