How does the programme work?
At Berenberg we believe talented people are the key to our success. We are looking to hire Summer Interns onto our 9-week Investment Bank Summer Internship Programme.
During the first week you will take part in an induction, with talks from business leaders, classroom-based training, and a general induction to Berenberg as a company.
You will then be placed within either an Equity Research or Equity Sales team, where you will gain insightful business exposure and receive invaluable and comprehensive training.
You will also be allocated a senior member of the team who you can discuss any queries or concerns with and ensure that you get the mentoring and support that you need to get the most out of the placement.
Stand-out interns may be fast-tracked to interview with senior management in order to secure a place on our Investment Bank Graduate Programme, starting in October 2025.
