An Internal Audit Assistant who will be responsible for providing independent assurance that our risk management, governance and internal control processes are operating effectively.
The successful applicant will gain knowledge of our processes through the responsibility of completing wide ranging auditing reports that cover the many different areas of the business. Experience in auditing is not a requirement, although it is expected that applicants will be able to provide an understanding of some of these key areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing business processes across a number of operational areas such as Customer Service, Verification, Payments, Gaming and Trading.
- Completing detailed audit checks on customer account activity reviews, customer correspondence and employee actions, whilst also reporting on operational processes.
- Investigating any concerns uncovered within reporting which may indicate potential noncompliance with policy and procedure.
- Identifying and escalating any instances of noncompliance with regulatory and licensing conditions.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Analytical mind with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivation with ability to manage your workload through prioritisation, with a methodical task driven approach.
- Ability to react to change in a positive way.
- Ability to understand internal processes, recognising that processes can vary across different licenced domains.
- Keen interest in a wide range of sports, and a good knowledge of the markets that we currently offer, including rules and settlement.
