    A Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for processing, interpreting and presenting insightful data to internal stakeholders and external global marketing partners.

    The role

    We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to progress their career in one of the most exciting and fast growing areas of the Business.

    You will support the reporting and analytics requirements for the Performance Marketing Service department, whilst collaborating with other areas of the Business to support the development of new reports, tools and analytics solutions, provided by internal and external sources.

    You will also support the growing team to deliver enhanced reporting and analysis of ongoing marketing campaigns operating across the world. Work closely with the various functions within the department, you will provide clear and concise insights that will empower your colleagues to make commercial decisions that directly affect the Company’s marketing performance.

    This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

    Preferred skills and experience

    • Aptitude for working with data and reports, particularly using Microsoft Excel.
    • Educated to degree level or similar discipline or equivalent practical experience.
    • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail with high degrees of accuracy.
    • Ability to work to deadlines.
    • Appreciation of IT and marketing principles.
    • Ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels.
    • Data focused with a keen eye for detail.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Working with the existing Marketing Analysts to support core internal functions.
    • Processing large data sets into useful outputs for our external marketing partners and internal departmental usage.
    • Working with external suppliers to improve departmental and Company wide analytics solutions.
    • Coordinating data requests with various different departments throughout the Company.
    • Working to enhance the department’s new Partners system that will deliver more detailed automated reporting to B2B partners.
    • Enabling effective financial reconciliation of departmental performance.
    • Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements by providing data to support these initiatives.
    • Representing the department in key discussions surrounding UX, app tracking and additional data focused projects across the wider Business.
