A Video Content Coordinator responsible for supporting management and the Video team in effectively planning and coordinating weekly and long-term video campaign projects to help achieve the company and departmental goals and objectives.
The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, positive professional who possesses excellent creative and communication skills.
You will be responsible for helping to produce and deliver video content and campaigns to multiple areas of the business; coordinating video production projects from ideation, and project management, to post production and delivery; ensuring the Company brand values and identity is at the forefront of the content.
Preferred skills and experience
- Proven experience in video content creation, including video production.
- Excellent knowledge of production, both pre and post.
- Experience in assessing and reviewing video content, implementing creative change where necessary.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas and concepts to pitch to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Knowledge and understanding of Social Media and video marketing with a passion for sport.
- Excellent attention to detail and a good standard of both written and verbal English.
- Informed decision making with ability to set and work with short-term, medium-term and long-term targets.
- Effective communication and motivation skills.
Main responsibilities
- Working independently and with the wider team to generate bespoke campaign ideas and concepts across a range of sports and territories.
- Liaising with external partners to confirm content plans and filming dates.
- Assisting in the delivery and publication of video edits for all territories.
- Proposing, delivering and analysing video campaigns, initiatives, advertising and promotions.
- Reviewing video content and suggesting creative change or adaptation where necessary.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of all projects.
- Reporting to Management on the performance of short and long-term content and suggesting possible ways of improving the marketing performance and strategy.
- Conducting regular research and analysis of industry competitors, reporting regularly to the management team with regards to content and channel developments.
- Protecting and enhancing our brand reputation through the content we create.
- Ensuring high standards of campaign outputs are always maintained.
