Purpose of the role
The CRM Executive will be responsible for project management of the marketing delivery of the Sports marketing promotions and communications, working across a range of teams within the business (including Design, Copy, Retention and Marketing Communications, Product & Branding) to effectively execute all of our retention, conversion and reactivation campaigns for India.

You will be responsible for
- Project managing promotions involving a number of stakeholders, with involvement in all Retention and Marketing processes from planning through to execution.
- Managing content creation with the help of the creative department.
- Ensure website is up to date across all languages – website, promotional materials, campaigns (Carousel, Game Lobby, Pop-up).
- Troubleshooting issues from promotions to customer experience.
- Liaising with external providers in relation to software issues, features and promotions.
- Contributing to the creation of and updating the promotions calendar.
- Managing a range of communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, TV feed, landing pages
- Liaising with various internal departments, working particularly closely on the Retention and Marketing Communications side of the business in coordinating and executing promotions.
- Performing analysis and reporting on general sports performance and promotion success which includes:
- Analysing and summarising large amounts of data using pivot tables to spot trends and patterns using excel skills, bringing together data from various sources (CRM tools).
- Manipulate quantitative data and express as graphs and charts.
- Scheduling the promotions calendar with stakeholders in the same regional team.
- Profiling players to create specific segments and offers.

- Strong analytical skills
- Intermediate Excel

- Exposure to e-marketing and CRM fields or e-commerce, media, agency background
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments
- Experience of working in a team
- Liaising with a variety of stakeholders
It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills)
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Experience with the Indian market
- Exposure and good knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and/or HTML
- Working in an online business
- Interest in Gaming Industry (Casino, SportsBook, Live Casino, Poker)
