What's the Role?
We're looking for a driven Sales Operations Analyst to provide effective business data reporting and visualisation for teams across the EMEAI and APJ territories. Day-to-day you will deliver a variety of activities that support BeyondTrust's sales initiatives.
Key activities
- Design and develop data visualisation dashboards that conform with our existing architecture, along with improve dashboards based on feedback from the teams
- Identify and support data integrity and cleanup projects.
- Participate, and sometimes lead, activities around development to build the internal Analytics infrastructure.
- Maintaining an efficient work environment while contributing to the overall success of the organization
- Provide and build value by identifying and reporting trends, concerns and successes, by using both quantitative and qualitative factors.
- Perform other duties as assigned and needed by team members.
- Know the forecasting process and work to make our forecasting more accurate
- Design and develop data visualization dashboards that conform with our existing architecture, along with improve dashboards based on feedback from the teams
- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Oversees data quality, information life-cycle strategy, along with performance leading and lagging measures & metrics.
- Monitors the progress and tuning of data quality and target metrics.
What skills do I need
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Analyst
- Salesforce experience
- Proficient with Microsoft suite of products including Office and Teams
- Expert in excel
- Power BI experience is highly desirable
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated experience partnering with cross functional teams
- Highly organized with strong initiative and superior work ethic
- Customer Service Mindset
- Attention to detail
- Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality
- Can work well in a fast-paced environment
- Self-Starter who is proactive and motivated
