A 2-year programme designed to build a strong foundation as a Business Analyst. You’ll have up to 3 rotations giving you exposure to different technology product and delivery teams across BGL Insurance. You’ll be supported by a rigorous development programme including studying for a relevant qualification.
You’ll have the opportunity to build on your analytical thinking, providing insights and problem-solving using tools and software. Rotations will expose you to analysis tools, process modelling, requirements capturing, test plans, user acceptance testing, business and technology process flows and specifications
You'll be working closely with wide range of colleagues, stakeholders and customers to understand their requirements, processes, technologies and models through interviewing and documenting. You’ll translate these into technical requirements and use this to inform the design of enhancements to systems or products. You’ll ensure all teams members and stakeholders are kept up to date on project status.
Your support and development
You’ll be supported to achieve a relevant qualification and have access to a broad range of professional development resources. From accepting an offer with us you’ll be assigned a Graduate buddy to assist with joining. After joining the scheme you’ll have a line manager in each rotation to give you regular guidance, as well as a senior career mentor to support you through the programme.

- Degrees from any disciplines will be considered for those with a passion and aptitude to be a Business Analyst

- Strong problem-solving skills: able to review new situations to suggest and implement pragmatic solutions
Preferred
- Placement/Industry in a similar discipline
- Ideally 2.1 degree qualification
