The Marketing administrator will assist in the preparation, collation and publication of all marketing and advertising materials, templates and data repositories to ensure company branding is managed and maintained in a structured and user-friendly way.
Main roles:
Marketing and Sales Toolkits
- Maintain a repository for all sales and marketing materials, keeping it up to date with new and updated documentation.
- Oversight of B&H branded merchandise and documentation, ensuring both consistently follow the approved company brand standards.
- Maintain an adequate supply of marketing materials in readiness for regional exhibitions and events.
- Provide support and help to coordinate our international exhibitions and events
- Support in the purchasing of existing and new marketing materials
- Support the marketing team in creating visual content for different areas of the business (including but not limited to website banners, leaflets, brochures, ads)
Manage Marketing and Sales Collateral
- Work with Marketing manager and sales teams to prepare brand appropriate templates and reports.
- Ensure latest versions contained in new sharepoint structure.
- Assist Marketing manager with website content and improvements.
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, email and web)
Internal Communication
- Compile the monthly employee newsletter
- Prepare the annual Vision Statement for all employees
- Provide internal news notifications
- Ad Hoc notifications (business wins, public holidays, market news).
CRM
- Work closely with Sales teams to ensure CRM is up-to-date and relevant.
- Ensure all events leads are entered into CRM.
- Follow-up on inactive leads with Sales teams.
- Manage email lists and contacts for campaign mailshots.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Advanced IT skills
