Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new role? If so, we are looking for someone to support our Project Management team based in Cambridge! Ideally, we're looking for someone full-time but we would consider part time hours for the right candidate.
The Project Management Team provides specialist strategic advice and support to property owners, occupiers, developers and investors from acquisition to project management. The Division combines the skills of Architects, Building Surveyors and Project Managers! The team work on some of the area's most prestigious projects.
Job Description
The main focus of this role is to provide competent and professional administrational support to the Project Management Team. The successful job holder will be highly organised and be able to manage a busy work load with accuracy and pace.
What You'll Do
- Undertake administration for the team to ensure the relevant paperwork and client files are kept up to date
- Help to prepare and draft correspondence, reports and schedules, minutes and agendas
- Responsive to incoming queries and is client centric at all times
- Photo and PDF stitching
- Organise e-signatures and legal document tracking
- Audio/copy typing, minute/note taking at meetings, and printing, proof reading and binding of documents
- Maintain contact database and efficient filing system
- Arrange meetings (and refreshments when necessary), including conference and video calls and presentations
- Assist in proposal/bid creation often under tight timeframes
- Help arrange corporate and social events
- Carry out such additional ad-hoc duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time, such as scanning and printing
- Ensure corporate standards and best practice is adhered to at all times
- Comply with Bidwells policies and procedures
About You
- Strong attention to detail.
- 4-9 (A to C) Grade in English and Maths GCSE
- Good interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to build relationships quickly, both internally and externally
- Strong organisation skills: able to prioritise and manage conflicting demands and requirements of various professional staff.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Able to work proactively as well as reactively
- Excellent typing skills
- IT Skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a good understanding of Outlook.
- Knowledge of basic health and safety, training will be provided, as necessary (not essential)
- Knowledge of NetSuite would be an advantage
- Experience of working in a Project Management environment would be advantageous
