This is an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst Graduate Trainee to join a large-scale business transformation programme delivering some of the world’s leading systems and business processes. The role consists of both functional and technical activities, where you will gain exposure to a dynamic business environment and learn business processes while gaining hands-on expertise in Microsoft or Ceridian systems
The role will offer flexible working patterns but will require good access for frequent meetings on a weekly basis for at least 2 days in our offices in High Wycombe.

The Systems Analyst Graduate Trainee will be supporting the team in designing, testing, and delivering enterprise systems in one or more of the following areas:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning (e.g., Finance and Operations, Customer Relationship Management)
- Ceridian Dayforce (Human Resources, Payroll, Time and Attendance).
Your development will be accelerated in the first twelve months as you join our graduate trainee development programme

- Learning the business processes being implemented within each workstream and become a system expert to provide support and advice.
- Providing system support to the programme workstreams in various areas such as writing specifications, system testing, system training and data migration.
- Assisting in the design and review of specifications for interfaces, system enhancements, security roles and reports.
- Learning the functional and technical components of the relevant systems applications.
- Assisting in the identification of test scenarios to validate business processes and outcomes.
- Writing test scripts and conducting testing of the system according to the test scenarios and scripts.
- Assisting in data mapping and reconciliation activities.
- Assisting in the writing of technical documents & specifications as necessary.
- Liaising with the wider business to resolve system and data issues.
- Assisting in the creation of end-user training material (e.g., scripts, presentations, e-learning, etc.).
- Conducting training sessions with the end-users as necessary.
Requirements
Here’s what we require
The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent with a strong numerate focus such as science, information technology, mathematics, engineering, accountancy, economics, finance, or business. Any experience in coding, or in the design, development and testing of IT solutions is advantageous but not essential and therefore don’t let this stop you from applying.
We are also looking for the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience of building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, customers or stakeholders is advantageous but not essential
