      What you’ll do

      As a SDET, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on automated test suites. You will collaborate closely with developers, other SDETs and manual QAs to ensure that our software meets the requirements and standards.

      • Become a key member of the development team by validating sprint work and release candidates.
      • Collaborate with the scrum team to understand software requirements.
      • In collaboration with Manual QAs, design test cases for automation.
      • Implement and execute automated test cases.
      • Analyze test results and report defects.
      • Execute manual testing to learn the system and features your team will be working on.
      • Own environments deployment for the test execution.
      • Gather, maintain and report on quality metrics.
      • Participate in in various meetings such as daily standups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospective and contribute to team decisions.
      • Continually improve knowledge of functionality and testing techniques.
      • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

      What we’re looking for

      • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
      • A good understanding of software development life cycle and QA processes in it.
      • A good understanding of OOP principals.
      • A good knowledge of C# (or any other language).
      • You have an understanding of test methodologies. This includes knowledge of different types of testing, test pyramid and the different testing tools.
      • It would be beneficial if you have a basic understanding of API testing and tools.
      • It would be beneficial if you have a basic understanding of UI testing frameworks.
