Event Description

Blackstone’s Diverse Leaders Program is a unique 1 day experience among financial firms, giving participants early exposure to finance and business through interactive information seminars, networking, and skill-building sessions. The program is open to undergraduates who are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry.

Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with business and recruiting professionals at Blackstone’s headquarters in London.  The Blackstone Diverse Leaders Program introduces the knowledge, training, and skills necessary to a well-guided career path. Qualifications

To be considered for the 2021 Blackstone Diverse Leaders Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
  • Self-identify with a diverse group including but not limited to Ethnic Minority, low socioeconomic background, LGBT, disability or long term health condition
  • Anticipated graduation date: 2022 or 2023
  • Program date – March 2021
