The role
The amount of corporation tax businesses pay has never faced so much scrutiny. From tax authorities to the wider population, it has become a hot topic of conversation.
Getting corporation tax affairs right is not just about paying your dues. It is as much about protecting the external perceptions of a company’s brand and creating a positive image of a business.
As legislation evolves and becomes increasingly complex, it is more important than ever to ensure corporation tax affairs are both compliant and efficient.
The Corporate Tax team advise clients on all aspects of corporation tax compliance and reporting (company tax returns and computations of tax), the tax implications of commercial transactions that a business may undertake, such as purchasing a new property or expanding overseas as well as helping clients manage their tax risk and tax profile.
This role will commence in September 2025.
Studying for the professional examinations
Our Associates attend integrated link courses run by a leading financial training company in London to prepare them for their professional examinations. The courses combine periods of full time study and progress examinations with a home study element. The tutors liaise with us on a regular basis, allowing us to maintain an active interest in performance. Successful candidates will be supported throughout their professional studies towards the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification and achieving Chartered Taxation Advisor (CTA) status.
We pay for all courses, exam fees and study leave for first sittings. The company’s commitment to our candidates’ development shows in the consistently high pass rates our students achieve in the examinations. This is something we are very proud of. Our success lies first in the process of selection and then in providing the best possible tuition, both in practical and theoretical terms.
