Many of our clients are part of substantial groups with strong international connections. Blick Rothenberg is committed to improving the diversity of its workforce across all levels by building a culture that’s genuinely inclusive, a culture where everyone can fulfil their potential and can be themselves.

We seek to attract smart talented people from the widest talent pool as well as those that reflect the diversity of the communities we live and work in.

BR supports flexible working (BRighter working) and aims to allow you to balance your life with the needs of colleagues and the high expectations of our clients.

    Our values are our motivations

We have four key values, collaborative, authentic, respect and dynamic and these values are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for people who also believe in these drivers as we work together to achieve success for both our colleagues and our clients alike.

    What does the role entail?

Our US/UK Tax Graduate Scheme combines a wide range of practical experience within both UK and US tax sectors with structured training, as well as providing successful applicants with the opportunity to obtain professional tax qualifications. Successful candidates will be supported throughout their professional studies towards the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) qualification in the UK and the Enrolled Agent (EA) qualification in the US, as well as potentially achieving Chartered Taxation Advisor (CTA) status.

Once your initial training is completed, you will be introduced to a variety of client issues, working within a tight-knit team to prepare client tax returns and advise clients on domestic and international tax matters. Our goal is to provide all of our graduates with the expertise that will help expatriates, high-profile businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients comprehend the complex issues of international taxation.

    Studying for the professional examinations

Our people attend integrated link courses run by a leading financial training company in London to prepare them for their professional examinations. The courses combine periods of full time study and progress examinations with a home study element. The tutors liaise with us on a regular basis, allowing us to maintain an active interest in performance.

We pay for all courses, exam fees and study leave for first sittings. The company’s commitment to our graduates’ development shows in the consistently high pass rates our students achieve in the examinations. This is something we are very proud of. Our success lies first in the process of selection and then in providing the best possible tuition, both in practical and theoretical terms.

The graduate scheme will commence in August 2025.
