    The role

    This is an exciting entry-level role for a recent graduate who is looking to kick start their career in market research. You will be joining a team of supportive and knowledgeable research experts, many of which started out as graduate themselves.

    Our graduate scheme provides structured training and mentoring across all aspects of market research. From designing research projects, to client and project management, to analysis and reporting. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will have lots of autonomy, with support and guidance whenever you need it, and you’ll be working in a company where creativity and innovation or valued.

    As a graduate researcher, you will help clients develop and improve their products and services, build brand strategies, and help them to better meet the needs of consumers. Our projects cover countries across the world, so you will learn about different cultures and contexts as we cover a variety of categories, from food to hair care and nutrition to personal care. So, what will you be doing?

    • Build and maintain client relationships.
    • Play a key part in the smooth running of research projects.
    • Work in partnership with the other teams of the business.
    • Responsible for accurate fieldwork and data reporting.
    • Leading initial analysis an insight generation.
    • Support in the creation of questionnaires, discussion guides, analysis plan, and other research inputs.
    • Contribute in the creation of clear, accurate, and impactful insight storied and proposals.

    • Able to manage their own time.
    • Strong attention to detail in work and communication.
    • Educated to a degree level.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
