About the role
Due to expansion and investment at Bluecrest, we’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The Marketing Executive will help plan and manage the creation of B2B marketing campaigns for both offline and digital audiences. The role will focus on growing the lifetime value of our existing clients, as well as our relationships with Intermediaries and Partners. What you’ll be doing
- Devising new marketing campaigns and implementing strategies to engage different audiences (e.g. Intermediaries, partners, key decision makers and service users ) and enhance their experience of Bluecrest Wellness through digital campaigns and collateral
- Writing effective sales and service copy to drive engagement, awareness and campaigns that increase the client value and revenue from our services, through improved utilisation and tailored upgrades.
- Assisting with client and service user journey reviews, including emails and collateral, to optimise the CRM strategy
- Employing a test and learn strategy, constantly searching for improved results
- Working closely with sales, service and marketing colleagues as well as key agency partners to deliver plans
- The above isn’t an exhaustive list, and there will be the opportunity to get involved in wider marketing projects as the business continues to grow

Requirements
Our ideal candidate will
- have the ability to think creatively and problem-solve
- have a proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix
- have experience working with email marketing platforms (although training will be provided)
- have experience working with print and digital channels (although training will be provided)
- be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- have excellent organisational, planning and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- have experience of A/B testing and the ability to use data to inform decisions in a results-driven way
