Our Graduate Retail Management Programme offers an 18 month that will fully immerse you within every aspect of our business. It will allow you to gain a thorough understanding of how we operate as a business, with a view to you gaining a retail management position at the end of your programme.
You will spend time in the core areas of our business, including our Distribution Centres, Support Centre and our stores. The majority of your time will be spent out in our stores of different types and sizes, learning each role within the team and understanding the processes that make our stores so successful. This role will be include travel to different stores within the North/East England Region
During the programme, you will further develop your leadership skills, strategic thinking and commercial awareness, with exposure to extensive learning and development and training. This will set you up for life in our fast-paced retail business!

The key requirements are
- To be a recent graduate or in your final year of study
- Achieved or be on track to achieve a minimum 2:2 degree result in any discipline
- A full UK Driving Licence and the flexibility to be able to travel around the UK
- A positive attitude, resilience, determination, approachability
- Excellent communication skills
- Relationship building and influencing skills
- Experience in a retail or hospitality environment would be advantageous
